2. Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of copyright infringement. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
T E M N Z A Sports News reserves the right to terminate user accounts or deny access to the Site for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
4. Modifications to This DMCA Notice
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA notice at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
